IMPACT.CHANGE.HAWAII assist change agents, who positively impact Hawai`i’s communities by addressing systemic challenges that hinder progress towards healthy, thriving, prosperous families. Their vision for the Early Childhood Literacy Program is to deal with the systemic issues behind low literacy. Their project targets the parent or guardian of the child who may not have finished High School, or English is their second language, as they assist their child throughout the program.
